Cancellation Policy

At SS ENTERPRISES, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your healthcare products in a timely manner. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We offer cancellations only for orders that have not yet been shipped.

 

 

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order only if the healthcare product has not yet been shipped. As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or modify the order due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products and regulatory requirements.
  • Requesting a Cancellation: To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so cancellations can only be processed if the product has not already been dispatched. We recommend contacting us within 1-2 hours of placing the order for the best chance of cancellation.

 

 

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

When requesting a cancellation, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The name or email address used to place the order.
  • A request for cancellation.

 

 

3. Cancellation Confirmation

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm whether the order has been shipped. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email along with information about your refund.

If the order has already been shipped, we will inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed, and you will need to follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy once the product arrives.

 

 

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Full Refund: If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) purchased. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take [3-5 business days] to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

 

5. Special Considerations for Healthcare Products

Given the nature of healthcare products, once an order is shipped, we cannot accept cancellations or returns, except for defective or damaged products. If your healthcare product requires special handling (e.g., temperature-sensitive items) or falls under certain regulatory restrictions, we may not be able to cancel your order even before it ships. Always ensure that the product is suitable for your needs before confirming your order.
