  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your healthcare products sooner, we offer expedited shipping options, such as 5-10 days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 1000 AED to customers. Free shipping promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the checkout page or in promotional communications.

 

 

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, delivery takes:
    • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited shipping: 5-7 business days

 

  • International Orders: For international orders, delivery times can range from 5-10 business days depending on the destination country, customs processing, and shipping carrier.

Please note that during busy seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays or global shipping disruptions), delivery times may take longer than usual.

Free Shipping: As mentioned above, we offer free standard shipping on orders over 2999 INR for domestic customers.

 

 

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but please note that the delivery time may be longer than standard shipping. If your healthcare product requires special handling (e.g., temperature-sensitive items), we recommend selecting an alternative address if possible.
